US Executive Assistant

Shift: 9PM-6AM PHT

Arrangement: Onsite, Full Time

About this role…

• Extremely capable administrative abilities, including the range of normal EA tasks

o Prepare agendas, briefing documents, and decks for meetings and strategy sessions

o Serve as a liaison to the CFO for external stakeholders, vendors, auditors, regulators, etc.

o Handle communication on behalf of the CFO, when applicable

o Handle confidential or sensitive financial information with discretion

• High attention to detail/accuracy

• Spreadsheet, data, analysis skills

• Presentation/slide deck creation skills

• High written and spoken English proficiency; very accurate and professional

• Project management abilities, formulating and managing timelines, deadlines, and tasks for complex projects and initiatives. Break down complex projects into manageable tasks.

• Competent pulling and understanding financial reports and data from accounting software, ERPs, CRMs, etc.

• Ability to coordinate U.S. travel, with cost-consciousness

• Ability to help the CFO launch new locations in U.S. cities, including coordinating with realtors, local people, and agencies to set up offices.

• Generally, a proactive, forward-thinking individual who is able to find ways to meet the needs of the CFO and related teams.
