Are you a highly organized, tech-savvy, and driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to support our President, someone who can provide unmatched administrative support, exercise sound judgment, and help drive the efficiency of our executive office.
Provide high-level administrative support to the President, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials with confidentiality and precision.
Assist in monitoring project timelines, business goals, and operational follow-ups.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders with utmost professionalism and tact.
Manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Attend and document meetings; prepare accurate minutes and actionable summaries.
Ensure the President’s time is optimized for strategic decision-making and leadership functions.
Excellent Communication Skills – both written and verbal, in English and Filipino.
Advanced Proficiency in Computer Applications – especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and Zoom.
Proactive and Resourceful – anticipates needs, finds solutions, and follows through.
Strong Organizational & Time Management Skills – ability to juggle multiple tasks without compromising quality.
Discreet and Trustworthy – handles confidential information with utmost care.
Adaptable and Flexible – can work beyond official hours and adjust to evolving priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role (preferably in construction, engineering, or related industries).
Familiarity with project coordination or exposure to the construction business is a plus.
