Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary executive assistant to the President, providing strategic, administrative, and operational support.
- Act as a liaison with government ministries, regulatory bodies, and senior industry leaders on behalf of the President.
- Translate, interpret, and draft documents in Mandarin, Tagalog, and English to ensure smooth communication across partners and agencies.
- Prepare and review business proposals, investment briefs, and policy papers related to renewable energy projects.
- Arrange and accompany the President in high-level meetings with ministers, ambassadors, and key stakeholders, ensuring protocol and cultural sensitivity.
- Handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining the highest standards of trust and integrity.
- Oversee the preparation of strategic reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the President’s calendar, travel, and government meeting schedules.
- Support the development of renewable energy initiatives, ensuring alignment with national policies and regulations.
- Monitor and provide updates on policy changes, renewable energy laws, and regulatory frameworks in the Philippines and regionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of executive support experience, preferably in government relations, renewable energy, or multinational corporations.
- Strong fluency in Mandarin, Tagalog, and English (both written and spoken).
- Proven ability to engage with government officials, ministers, and Clevel executives.
- Exceptional organizational and confidentiality management skills.
- Knowledge of renewable energy sector, policies, and investment frameworks in the Philippines and Asia is an advantage.
- High level of professionalism, diplomacy, and cultural sensitivity.
