Overview

We\'re hiring a highly organised, tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a fast-growing international company in the health and wellness space. This isn\'t just a basic admin role — you\'ll be able to think critically, take on responsibility, and step into multiple areas of the business when needed. You\'ll be the CEO\'s right hand, helping manage daily operations, finance tasks, automation workflows, and communication across the team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO\'s email, calendar, travel, bookings, and follow-ups
  • Raise invoices, run payroll cycles, and follow up on unpaid invoices
  • Keep our internal files and admin systems tidy and updated
  • Track compliance documents and manage contracts (templates provided)
  • Build simple workflows using automation tools like Zapier or N8N
  • Track performance KPIs and build dashboards + reports
  • Help coordinate with other team members to keep things on track
  • Step into recruitment, sales, or support tasks when needed during busy times
Skills & Experience (Required)
  • Experience with billing software (e.g. Xero or similar)
  • Familiar with CRM tools like Zoho, Hubspot, etc.
  • Experience building or managing automations (Zapier, N8N, or similar)
  • Comfortable with compliance, contracts, and document handling
  • Able to build dashboards or reports and track team performance
