Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida USA with technical support centers in South East Asia and East Africa, that provide program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other federal agencies, all over the world.

Qualifications
  • Open to candidates from any academic course or field

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Skilled in calendar management, email handling, and scheduling coordination

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
  • Support email management, including drafting responses, organizing inboxes, and flagging priorities
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Coordinate internal and external communications in a professional manner
  • Take meeting minutes and track action items to ensure timely follow-up
  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases accurately and confidentially
  • Assist in travel arrangements such as bookings, itineraries, and logistics
  • Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and office coordination
  • Support executives in daily operations and special projects as assigned
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
