Overview

Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT)

We\'re on the lookout for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with solid years of experience. In this role, you\'ll play a key part in supporting senior leaders and ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly. This is more than just an administrative role—you\'ll be a trusted partner who helps the team stay on top of critical deadlines, client relationships, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities
  • Assistance with departmental operations and completing day-to-day administrative functions, such as coordinating schedules and maintaining calendars.
  • Create documents like agendas, presentations, and reports using Google Suite
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Communicate effectively with executives, other staff members, and external partners
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and other assignments
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in a relevant course.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Strong Organizational Skills (Calendar Management, Bookings, Meeting Coordination)
  • Highly motivated and strong communication
  • Upbeat, positive, and team-oriented
  • Nice to Have: Experience with an AUS business desirable but not essential
