Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between the store, divisions, cluster head office, and other units in the Bank.
  • Screen the completeness and accuracy of documents submitted for approval.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate dispatch of documents back to the appropriate unit.
  • Screen all calls while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Secure confidentiality on all transmitted documents.
  • Organize schedule and monitor its development.
  • Coordinate all meetings and ensure the completeness of their logistics.
  • Prepare accurate reports within the agreed TAT according to priority.
