Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Manage and coordinate executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Arrange travel and accommodations for executives.

  • Assist with organizing events and team meetings.

Sales Support:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and follow-ups.

  • Support the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.

  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

  • Assist in lead generation, qualification, and prospecting efforts.

  • Track and report on sales performance metrics.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.

  • Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a sales/support role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , CRM tools and Canva.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
