A leading company in executive search seeks an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to executives and assist the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in business or communications and experience in a similar role. Key duties include managing schedules, preparing reports, and maintaining CRM systems. Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Manage and coordinate executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Arrange travel and accommodations for executives.
Assist with organizing events and team meetings.
Sales Support:
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and follow-ups.
Support the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Assist in lead generation, qualification, and prospecting efforts.
Track and report on sales performance metrics.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a sales/support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , CRM tools and Canva.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
