About the Role

We are looking for a confident and highly organized Executive Administrator to provide direct support to our Director. This role is hands-on and requires someone who can take full ownership of tasks, manage priorities effectively, and serve as a trusted right hand to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. You'll coordinate schedules, manage communications, and keep the Director focused on high-value activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Monitor and triage the Director\'s inbox, forwarding and delegating requests as needed.
  • Manage the Director\'s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
  • Take meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Handle approved personal administration tasks for the Director.
  • Keep the Director briefed on key deadlines, upcoming commitments, and business priorities.
  • Ensure smooth communication between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.

Required Experience

  • Previous experience in executive administration, office management, or similar support role.
  • Experience managing schedules, emails, and communications for senior leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
