You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure data integrity, build dashboards, and streamline repetitive tasks with advanced Excel formulas and Power Query transformations.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining Excel-based data systems, reports, and dashboards.
• Ability to troubleshoot data issues and ensure data accuracy.
• Strong collaboration with multiple departments to understand data requirements.
• Comfort with advanced Excel functions and problem solving for operational data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Excel-based data systems, reports, trackers, and dashboards.
• Use Power Query to import, clean, combine, transform, and organize data from different sources.
• Build and maintain Excel Tables and structured data systems.
• Create and troubleshoot advanced Excel formulas and data-processing solutions.
• Automate repetitive data preparation and reporting tasks whenever possible.
• Connect and consolidate data from multiple Excel files, worksheets, and operational sources.
• Develop automated reports for areas such as inventory, purchasing, sales, operations, warehouse, payroll, or other business data.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and proper organization.
• Identify and troubleshoot formula errors, data inconsistencies, and Power Query issues.
• Coordinate with different departments to understand their data requirements and reporting needs.
