Qualifications

• Preferably with MOSH training.

Responsibilities

• Interview and confirm medical history of Examinees.
• Perform initial or repeat physical examinations.
• Provide consultation and prescriptions.
• Refer Examinees to specialists as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
