Job summary

NUSTAR Resort in the Philippines is seeking a probationary Events Coordinator in the Programs, Events & Promotions department to manage multiple events from planning to execution.

You will liaise with vendors and stakeholders, oversee event set-up and teardown, and help maintain event budgets. A pleasing personality and hosting experience are valued, along with basic English communication and Cebuano language skills.

Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate verbal and written English communication.
• Experience in Marketing, Advertising, Hospitality, Sales, Integrated Resort or related fields.
• Ability to manage different projects with the same timeline and to produce quality results.
• Basic hosting experience is a plus.
• Able to speak Cebuano is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify the client's requirements and expectations for each event.
• Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
• Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
• Maintain event budgets.
