The Events & Engagement Coordinator is a key independent contributor responsible for conceptualizing, planning, executing, and evaluating Rewards & Recognition (R&R) and employee engagement initiatives for Cygnific Manila’s Support and Operations teams. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about building positive workplace culture, driving engagement, and recognizing employee efforts in meaningful and creative ways.
As part of the PODC team, the Coordinator leads the end-to-end execution of engagement programs—taking ownership of logistics, communications, stakeholder alignment, and data reporting. The role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and confident in proposing new ideas to improve employee morale and strengthen team spirit.
This position is hands-on and strategic: you’ll run activities independently while collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure initiatives are relevant, inclusive, and aligned with Cygnific’s values and culture.
