Job summary

REED ELSEVIER SHARED SERVICES (PHILIPPINES) INC. is seeking a proactive marketing/events professional to manage partner deliverables, produce digital assets, and coordinate communications with the marketing team. You will maintain partner relations, update assets, and generate analytics reports to support event campaigns.

The role requires strong English communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to learn new enterprise AI tools to optimize workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong marketing or events background, especially fulfillment processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced events environment.
• Experience with Adobe apps and Canva.
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce etc.) is a plus.
• Good stakeholder management.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring all deliverables between partners and RX are fulfilled and maintain strong relationships with existing and new Media Partners per show.
• Editing or resizing assets such as banner, print ads and email blasts.
• Communicating assets needed to the marketing team; social media posts and email blasts.
• Ensuring that digital pub bin page and logos are updated with latest information from partners.
• Sending shipping labels and acquiring tracking numbers.
• Generating data reports using Google Analytics.
• Monitoring and updating partner master tracker.

• Responsible for ensuring that all deliverables between partners and RX are successfully fulfilled and maintain strong relationship wit existing and new Media Partners per show.

• Editing or resizing of assets such as banner, print ads and email blasts.

• Communicating other assets needed to marketing team; social media posts and email blasts.

• Ensuring that digital pub bin page and logos are updated with the latest information from partners.

• Sending shipping labels and acquiring tracking numbers

• Generating data reports using Google Analytics.
