Job summary

IKON Experiential Agency Dubai is seeking a Junior Event Graphic Designer and 3D Visualizer to translate brands into compelling event visuals, stage designs and branded environments.

You will develop 3D visuals, production drawings, and client-facing presentations, collaborating with creative and production teams across UAE events and exhibitions. A strong portfolio demonstrating event graphics is essential, with Dubai office as the primary workplace.

We are a boutique experiential events agency creating turnkey live activations, branded experiences, and bespoke productions across the UAE and GCC. From mall activations and fashion events to themed décor and kids’ entertainment, we deliver tailored, high-quality, and cost-effective event solutions with a creative edge.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Junior Event Graphic Designer and 3D Visualizer with a creative eye and strong technical skills to bring event concepts to life through 3D visuals and production drawings with Event Agency or Event Management Background. You’ll collaborate with design, production, and client teams on projects across events, exhibitions, and brand activations.

This is primarily a creative event design and graphic design role with 3D visualization skills. We are looking for someone who can take a creative brief or brand identity and translate it into compelling event visuals — from stage designs and branded environments to backdrops, screens, signage, booths, and activation spaces.

This is not an architectural or interior design position. The focus is on event graphics, brand experience, visual storytelling, and 3D presentation rather than architectural planning or construction documentation.

Candidate will be working on Dubai Working hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and 3D visualizations for events, exhibitions, stages, booths, installations, and brand activations.
• Create photorealistic 3D set up renders, visuals, walkthroughs and layout plans that help clients visualize the final event experience.
• Create event mockups and presentation visuals for pitches and approvals.
• Create Presentations in PowerPoint, Canva or Similar Platforms for
• Design event graphics and branding, including stage backdrops, activations, LED screen content, banners, signage, booths, walls, digital graphics, and branded environments.
• Translate brand guidelines and creative briefs into engaging event concepts.
• Develop presentation layouts, mood boards, mockups, and visual materials for client pitches and proposals.
• Work closely with the Creative Director, events team, and production suppliers to ensure designs are visually strong and practical to produce.
• Prepare print-ready artwork, production files, basic specifications, and visual references for production.
• Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Collaborate with project and production teams to ensure that designs are technically feasible and meet fabrication requirements.
• Coordinate with production teams during on-site event installations to ensure design accuracy and
• Support brainstorming sessions, client presentations, and creative reviews.
• Prepare visual materials for post-event reports and case studies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain an organized library of graphic assets, 3D models, templates, and previous event designs.
• Stay current with trends in events, experiential design, branding, digital content, and 3D visualization.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in graphic design for events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, advertising, or brand activations.
• Strong graphic design skills, including typography, layout, branding, and visual composition.
• Ability to visualize event concepts in 3D and produce high-quality renders.
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with at least one professional 3D visualization tool such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar.
• Understanding of large-format graphics, event branding, signage, screens, and production artwork.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and turn ideas into polished client-facing presentations.
• Comfortable working quickly and adapting concepts based on client feedback.
• Good understanding of event production is an advantage, but architectural qualifications are not required.
• Ability to manage time effectively and deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
