Job summary

Madison Events Inc. is seeking an experienced Interior Designer with strong CAD/SketchUp and 3D rendering skills to lead event styling, mall displays, and fabrication projects in Pasig.

The role requires supervising fabrication, sourcing fabricators, and delivering projects on time while maintaining quality standards. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience with SketchUp, CAD, and 3D rendering tools, plus knowledge of materials and production processes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Interior Designer is an advantage.
• 5+ years with SketchUp, CAD and 3D rendering tools.
• Experience supervising fabrication processes.
• Knowledge of fabrication materials and equipment.
• Sourcing suppliers and partner fabricators.
• Strong construction and production process knowledge.
• Existing contacts with fabricators and suppliers.
• Proven track record of on-time project delivery.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Willingness to start ASAP and work in Pasig; weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee interior design projects from concept to fabrication.
• Coordinate with suppliers, fabricators and production teams.
• Prepare accurate quotations and manage budgets.
• Negotiate costs and optimize material use.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of projects.

• Experience working on Wedding and Debut Event Styling and Mall Display fabrication is an advantage
• At least 5 year experience working with Sketch Up, CAD and other 3D rendering applications
• Experience in supervising fabrication process
• Knowledgeable in different fabrication materials and equipment
• Sourcing of suppliers and partners fabricators
• Knowledgeable in construction and production process
• With existing contacts of fabricators, construction works and suppliers with workshop and manpower
• With proven track record of project management with little to no delays
• Can build relationship between both client and suppliers
• Ability to negotiate lower costs
• Familiar with raw materials cost and alternative materials
• Ability to prepare accurate quotation of construction projects
• Ability to work with different professionals
• Willing to start as soon as possible
• Willing to work in Pasig area
• Willing to start this AUGUST 2026
