• An Event Operations Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various event-related activities, ensuring seamless operations and excellent attendee experiences. Their key responsibilities typically include:
• Event Planning and Coordination: Collaborating with event managers and stakeholders to design event logistics, schedules, and layouts. Ensuring all aspects of the event run smoothly from inception to completion.
• Vendor Management: Identifying, sourcing, and managing vendors (e.g., catering, audio-visual, and decor) to ensure they deliver services according to specifications and timelines.
• Logistics Management: Handling event setups, ensuring equipment and materials are available and in working condition, overseeing transport and on-site arrangements, and coordinating staff during events.
• Physically fit
• Good with customer service is an edge
• Detail-oriented, and good with customers
