Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event marketing, preferably in real estate, retail or related industries.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving event goals.

Responsibilities

• Align event aspects with the overarching marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with events team and vendors to optimize logistics during ingress and egress.
• Implement safety measures and protocols to ensure a seamless flow of attendees.
• Contribute innovative ideas for events and campaigns in brainstorming sessions.
• Craft pre-production and post-mortem event decks for comprehensive planning.
• Take a hands-on role in executing events and campaigns, ensuring flawless operations.
• Oversee on-site logistics and coordination to ensure successful implementation of planned activities.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with potential suppliers and event partners to enhance the event experience.
• Manage end-to-end permit processing for events and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain documentation related to permits, approvals, and event-related activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align event strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure collaborative success.
