Job summary

The Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay, under Chroma Hospitality, seeks an Engineering Tech A (A/V Tech) to operate and maintain all resort audio-visual equipment for events and daily operations.

You will set up AV for banquets, meetings, and conferences, inspect systems daily, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with organizers and departments to ensure flawless guest experiences while upholding safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in audio-visual operations and event support.
• Experience in hospitality/events is an advantage.
• TESDA certification or similar technical certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage AV requirements for banquets, meetings, conferences, and events.
• Conduct daily inspections of lights and sound systems in resort outlets and venues.
• Repair and maintain audio-visual equipment, cables, paging systems, and related gear.
• Troubleshoot AV issues during operations and events.
• Coordinate with event organizers and departments to ensure smooth execution of requirements.
• Maintain inventory and safekeeping of AV equipment and accessories.
• Observe safety procedures in handling electrical and AV equipment.
• Support resort guest service excellence and uphold guiding principles.
