Job summary

Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay is seeking an Engineering Tech A (A/V Tech) to operate and maintain resort audio-visual equipment and ensure flawless event execution. The role involves setting up AV for banquets, meetings, and conferences, plus routine inspections of lights and sound systems across venues.

The ideal candidate has experience in AV operations, sound and lighting systems, and a background in technical support within hospitality or events.

Qualifications

• Experience in AV operations, sound systems, lighting systems, or related technical support functions.
• Hospitality, events, or banquet operations experience is an advantage.
• TESDA certification or related technical certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage audio and visual requirements for banquet functions, meetings, conferences, and special events.
• Conduct daily inspections of lights and sound systems in all resort outlets and function venues.
• Repair and maintain audio-visual equipment, cables, paging systems, and music systems.
• Coordinate with event organizers and banquet teams to ensure smooth execution of event requirements.
• Maintain inventory and safekeeping of AV equipment and accessories.
