Job summary

Partner Company, represented by Jobgether, seeks a Cardiac Solutions Business Development Manager based in Spain to lead Europe-wide commercial growth of intracardiac echocardiography solutions. You will drive partnerships, models, and customer engagement across multiple markets, with a field-based, leadership-focused remit.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of business development or strategic leadership experience in medical devices.
• Experience in Structural Heart, Electrophysiology, cardiovascular technologies, or related medical device field preferred.
• At least 5 years of people leadership, managing distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive Cardiac Solutions commercial strategy across Europe.
• Identify and scale innovative commercial models and partnerships.
• Support adoption of intracardiac echocardiography solutions across structural heart and EP.
• Lead centralized European Clinical Application Specialists supporting critical cases.
• Allocate clinical resources based on urgency, impact, and cost efficiency.
• Translate clinical evidence into value-based propositions; connect evidence with strategy.
• Develop engagement plans with key opinion leaders across Europe.
• Build relationships with senior clinical stakeholders and executives.
