Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development or strategic leadership in medical devices.
• Experience in Structural Heart, Electrophysiology or cardiovascular tech is preferred.
• 5+ years of people leadership across distributed teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen with strategic impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
