Job summary

Cohere is seeking Software Engineers with Applied AI experience to own the design, build, and deployment of agentic workflows powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) for North, Cohere’s AI workspace platform.

You will work with customers to translate business problems into practical agent workflows, ensuring reliability, observability, and safety from prototype to production. Travel may be required to client sites.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade software in Python.
• Built and deployed production-grade agentic applications (RAG/LLM-based).
• Familiar with frontier models, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business problems into agentic workflows with clear success criteria.
• Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered agents with enterprise-grade reliability.
