Job summary

HedgeServ (Philippines) LLC – Manila Branch is seeking an ETL Engineer to support the Product and Portfolio Support Team. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining ETL pipelines using Python and Jupyter notebooks, along with the opportunity to develop guidelines and contribute to various business units.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and strong proficiency in Python. The position offers competitive salary and benefits, with opportunities for ongoing learning and development.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python; experience with SQL and Bash is also required.
• Solid knowledge of data-science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.
• Ability to read and interpret XML schemas and understand XML-based workflows.
• Experience in agile software development and change management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and evolve ETL pipelines using Python and Jupyter notebooks.
• Produce and maintain documentation for ETL processes.
• Deliver rapid assistance for tickets and incidents with SLA compliance.
• Keep up-to-date with industry best practices relevant to ETL.
