Job summary

Turtle Trax S.A. in Mexico is seeking an ETL Developer to design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions that support business intelligence, analytics, and operational reporting needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable ETL processes, working with large datasets, and ensuring data quality across multiple systems, with strong SQL skills and familiarity with modern ETL tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ETL development and data integration.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, SSIS, Talend, DataStage, Pentaho, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data governance.
• Experience analyzing and troubleshooting complex data issues.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Extract, transform, and load data from multiple source systems into data warehouses and data lakes.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Monitor ETL jobs and troubleshoot data integration issues.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality throughout the data lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analysts, Architects, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes and data flows.
• Support production deployments and ongoing maintenance activities.
