Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Data Engineer - ETL to design, develop and optimize ETL pipelines, validate data, and perform SQL-based analysis across multiple business domains. The role leverages AWS Athena, Tableau, and automated solutions to support data-driven decisions.

You will work in Monterrey, Guadalajara, Mexico City or Queretaro, collaborating with SMEs to define metrics and KPIs, troubleshoot failures, and ensure timely delivery under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong ETL development and testing background (minimum of 1-2 years experience).
• Experience with Tableau (minimum of 1-2 years experience).
• Experience with SQL for data analysis, validation/testing and data investigation (minimum of 1-2 years experience).
• AWS cloud experience (Cloudwatch, Lambda, EMR, Athena).
• Excellent analytical skills, curious about data.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing SQL code (AWS Athena) required
• Developing and editing Tableau workbooks experience required
• Designing and developing automated solutions
• Performance monitoring and tuning of existing automated jobs
