Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• 15+ years of professional experience in Engineering/Technical roles.
• 10+ years experience in Railway Signalling & Design.
• 8+ years experience in customer-facing roles.
• Expertise in ETCS Level 2, ATO and Mainline projects.
• Proficiency in local language and fluent in English.
• International experience preferred with good managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical representative to customers and external stakeholders from NTP to warranty closure.
• Be accountable for customer acceptance of the project solution.
• Organize design reviews with customers when needed.
• Manage technical scope and interfaces across subsystems to meet performance targets.
• Raise technical risks and develop mitigation plans with the PrEM.
• Identify applicable regulations in the customer country and ensure compliance in design.
• Lead input configuration baselines with customer inputs for deployment.
