Job summary

Integrated OS in Philippines is seeking an Estimator/CAD Drafter to prepare accurate cost estimates and detailed CAD drawings for fencing/construction projects. You will support tender submissions, interpret plans and specs, and ensure compliance with industry standards and ISO requirements.

The role focuses on precise scopes, costs, and documentation to help win projects while aligning with quality, safety, and environmental guidelines. On-site in Alabang, a collaborative team awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating and/or CAD drafting within construction or fencing.
• Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and technical documents.
• Proven experience in preparing accurate take-offs and cost estimates.
• Familiarity with BOQs and tender platforms (EstimateOne).
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset.

What you'll do:

As an Estimator/CAD Drafter, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and producing detailed CAD drawings for fencing and construction-related projects. You will support tender submissions, interpret project plans and specifications, and ensure all designs and estimates are compliant with industry standards and company systems. This role plays a key part in securing new projects by ensuring all scopes, costs, and documentation are precise, complete, and aligned with quality, safety, and environmental requirements.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Preparing detailed material take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and cost estimates
• Producing accurate CAD drawings based on project specifications and client requirements
• Reviewing plans, specifications, and tender documents to identify risks and cost impacts
• Assisting in the preparation and submission of tender proposals within deadlines
• Liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders for pricing and technical details
• Maintaining and updating pricing schedules and cost databases

Successful Candidate must have:

• Experience in estimating and/or CAD drafting within construction or fencing industry
• Strong ability to interpret plans, specifications, and technical documents
• Proven experience in preparing accurate take-offs and cost estimates
• Familiarity with Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and tender platforms (e.g., EstimateOne)
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset

Work Arrangements:

• Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
• Work Setup: On-site - Be part of a collaborative and energetic team in a professional office environment.
• Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
