What is your mission?
The ESG Reporting Manager is responsible for leading and managing the company's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting initiatives. The role ensures accurate and timely reporting of ESG data and performance metrics, and supports implementation of sustainability strategy by ensuring compliance to relevant ESG reporting frameworks and regulations. The ESG Reporting Manager collaborates with all TDCX locations, cross-functional teams and other internal stakeholders, and external stakeholders to drive ESG reporting, monitor performance and enhance transparency. The role implements continuous improvement in the company's ESG reporting process to guarantee consistent, accurate, and timely ESG information, along with ensuring that reporting processes are auditable and efficient.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze and interpret ESG data, metrics and key performance indicators to produce detailed reports, presentations, and disclosures for both internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with key business leaders, data owners, technical functions, internal audit and external assurance providers to maintain a well-controlled and standardized internal reporting processes for ESG.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting and disclosure of ESG information with centralized ESG database and dashboards to monitor sustainability performance (i.e CO2 and energy consumption performance).
Monitor progress of sustainability performance against goals, targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) and influence stakeholders across various levels of the organization to achieve sustainability goals.
Lead the preparation of responses to ESG-related requests from external stakeholders in line with the company's standards and positions.
Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documentation supporting ESG reporting activities are in place, follow best practice and properly maintained.
Keeps up-to-date with the latest ESG trends, regulations, and reporting frameworks to continuously enhance and advance the organization's ESG reporting and disclosure practices.
Create internal alignment and awareness within the functions and governance structures regarding the preparation of the ESG reports and other submissions, reporting process, reporting requirements and action plans to improve ESG reporting and disclosure.
Who are we looking for?
Preferably with a bachelor's degree in environmental studies (Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management), business management, engineering or any sustainable development-related degree.
Knowledge of ESG frameworks, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements (i.e ISO 14064-1:2018 - Greenhouse gases, ISO 14068-1:2023 - Carbon Neutrality, GHG Protocol Scope 1, 2 and 3, Science-based CO2 reduction, CDP, GRI, etc.)
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools including Excel and other ESG data platforms. Hands-on experience in any visualization or BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Google Data Studio, Power BI) is an advantage.
Attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets to ensure accuracy and reliability in ESG reporting.
Strong project management skills to handle multiple and complex ESG reporting initiatives and to lead and execute strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills to effectively engage and influence internal and external stakeholders.
