The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, have at least five years of experience in ESG management, and possess strong communication and analytical skills to drive compliance and project success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ESG, Environmental & Social management.
• Hands-on experience applying IFC Performance Standards and/or Equator Principles.
• Strong knowledge of international ESG frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee the application of the ESG framework.
• Promote ESG awareness and compliance across project teams.
• Lead ESG disclosures and reporting to investors and regulators.
