Job summary

IHG in the Philippines seeks an ESG audit professional to validate energy reporting accuracy and coordinate with hotel and office finance teams to ensure data integrity across reporting systems.

You will follow up with hotels/offices on observations, implement process improvements, and maintain monthly testing and reporting for the Supervisor and Indirect Manager. A 2+ years audit/compliance background with ESG experience is preferred; a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent education.
• 2+ years progressive audit/compliance experience.
• ESG audit experience preferred.
• Experience with energy reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Energy reporting accuracy - validate accuracy of hotel and office energy reporting with supporting evidence and compare to reported figures.
• Energy reporting adjustments - follow up with hotels/offices on observations and ensure corrections are made.
• Energy reporting process and control improvements - advise on input data or process improvements to prevent future errors.
• Tracking and Reporting - maintain testing results, highlight recurring issues, and prepare monthly reports for supervisors.
