This role ensures that bikers feel protected and supported, enabling them to continue providing for their families and supporting Angkas’ mission. Strong admin, coordination, and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related fields.
• 1–2 years of administrative support or records management experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge in database management and documentation control.
• Familiarity with insurance processes, claims handling, and basic reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and coordination with internal teams and partners.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all bikers are enrolled in insurance programs.
• Manage and process insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
• Act as record keeper for ERT documents and processes with reliable reporting.
• Perform additional tasks as needed by the ERT Team.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Achieve or exceed targets and key objectives set by the Immediate Superior.
• Handle associated responsibilities and projects as needed.
