Job summary

Tyler Technologies, Inc. in Manila, Philippines is seeking an Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain end-to-end tests for UI and API workflows.

You will build scalable test automation architectures (POM) and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines using TeamCity, GitHub, Mercurial, and Jenkins. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain test data, perform cross-browser testing, and contribute to automated testing strategies for ERP-like systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 3+ years of test automation for multi-platform, multi-user web-based applications.
• Strong programming skills in C# and/or Typescript with modular maintainable code.
• Experience with UI, backend and API based tests (manual and automated).
• Working knowledge of SQL and Agile processes (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with Playwright, Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber/Gherkin.

Responsibilities

• Automate end-to-end tests for UI and API workflows using Playwright and Selenium.
• Design and implement test automation architecture (POM) for scalability.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity, GitHub, Mercurial, Jenkins).
• Develop and execute a comprehensive automation strategy for ERP-like systems.
• Participate in code reviews and support other testers in design and scripting.
• Analyze test results, communicate defects, and stay current with industry trends.
