Job summary

Financial Times is seeking an Engineering Lead for ERP Services to own the engineering, operation and evolution of the FT’s ERP technology capability. You’ll lead the ERP engineering team, providing people leadership, technical direction and accountability for platform health and performance.

You will develop the team’s technical knowledge, establish clear ownership of platforms, and ensure the team can operate and evolve the ERP estate effectively, in collaboration with Product and Finance

Qualifications

Significant experience leading engineering teams for complex enterprise technology.
Strong experience with ERP platforms or comparable enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP platforms is highly advantageous.
Ability to develop engineering capability and strengthen technical ownership within teams.

Responsibilities

Own engineering, operation and evolution of ERP technology capability.
Lead ERP engineering team with clear direction and accountability.
Strengthen internal ERP engineering capability and ensure platform health and long-term sustainability.
Translate business priorities into engineering plans with Product and Finance stakeholders.
