Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years in information systems or IT, strong communication with senior audiences, and hands-on experience with RAID logs, integrated planning, and modern PM tools such as Wrike or MS Project.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in information systems or IT teams.
• 3+ years in project coordination/management, ideally in cross-functional transformation.
• Hands-on experience with RAID logs, dependency mapping, and integrated project planning.
• Strong communication skills across operational and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• India cross-functional coordination with HR, Finance, IT, and IS leads.
• Identify roadmap bottlenecks and accelerators.
• Map and manage dependencies across workstreams, systems, and teams.
• Maintain Wrike plans covering critical paths, sequencing, and delay impacts.
• Flag schedule conflicts and risks to leadership with mitigation options.
• Prepare concise status reports and dashboards for leadership and SteerCo.
