Qualifications

• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team with daily schedules and coaching.
• Ensure equipment uptime with preventive and predictive programs.
• Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance.
• Manage spare parts, tools, and maintenance consumables.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and lean initiatives.
• Ensure safety policies and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
