We're Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor
Buildnet Construction Inc. – Logistics | Gabihan, San Ildefonso, Bulacan

Buildnet Construction Inc. – Logistics Division is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who has hands-on experience in managing and maintaining truck fleets, specifically Tractor Heads and Bulk Carriers.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day maintenance activities for truck fleets and heavy vehicles.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.

Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.

Coordinate with drivers and operations team for repair and maintenance needs.

Oversee in-house and external repairs, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.

Prepare maintenance reports and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of supervisory experience in truck fleet maintenance (Tractor Head, Bulk Carrier).

In-depth knowledge of diesel engines, heavy-duty vehicle systems, and diagnostic tools.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Willing to be assigned in Gabihan, San Ildefonso, Bulacan.
