Job summary

Link Energie is seeking an Equipment Engineer to support QA/QC activities and ensure reliable equipment performance in our Manila-based operations. The role involves installing, inspecting, testing, and maintaining equipment, while developing improvements to boost reliability and scalability of assets.

You will monitor equipment performance, provide 24/7 troubleshooting support, and document installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures for reference. Field work is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field, preferably with a professional license as an Engineer.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Equipment Engineer in related industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of heavy and light construction equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Civil,Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or any related course, preferably with a professional license as an Engineer
• Must have at least two (2)years of working experience in same industry as Equipment Engineer
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite especially Microsoft Excel
• Knowledgeable in heavy and light construction equipment
• Strong interpersonal and team leadership abilities
• Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
