Job summary

HRTX in Makati seeks a Sustainability & Impact Associate/Analyst to support integrating ESG considerations across investments. You will translate ESG goals into practical actions, monitor portfolio progress, and engage teams to strengthen responsible practices.

The role focuses on tracking ESG metrics, collaborating with portfolio teams, and contributing to ESMS and social safeguards at the portfolio level, while helping with reports and training on best practices.

Qualifications

• Background in sustainability, social sciences, finance, business or related fields.
• Some experience or exposure to ESG, sustainability programs, or E&S risk management.
• Understanding of environmental and social risk frameworks such as IFC Performance Standards a plus.
• Familiarity with labor standards, occupational health & safety, or social safeguards preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Relevant certifications or training (e.g., ESG, OHS, IFC PS) advantageous.
