We are looking for a proactive and committed Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Supervisor to oversee and enforce workplace safety, health, and environmental compliance across our operations. This role is critical in promoting a culture of safety and sustainability while ensuring full adherence to local and national regulations.
The ideal candidate is a Certified Pollution Control Officer (PCO) with a strong background in EHS standards, risk management, and government reporting.
Lead the implementation and monitoring of EHS programs and initiatives in the facility.
Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure safety and environmental compliance.
Serve as the Pollution Control Officer, ensuring compliance with DENR, EMB, LLDA, and other relevant agencies.
Maintain updated environmental permits and submit required reports (e.g., SMR, CMR, hazardous waste manifests).
Investigate and report incidents, accidents, or environmental breaches with corrective and preventive action plans.
Facilitate employee training on safety, emergency response, and environmental protocols.
Oversee waste management, water/air quality control, and sustainability initiatives.
Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related field.
Must be a Certified Pollution Control Officer (DENR-recognized training and certification).
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in EHS roles, preferably in food manufacturing or related industries.
In-depth knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS) and Philippine environmental laws and regulations.
Strong leadership, documentation, and analytical skills.
With experience in regulatory liaison and government compliance.
