About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and committed Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Supervisor to oversee and enforce workplace safety, health, and environmental compliance across our operations. This role is critical in promoting a culture of safety and sustainability while ensuring full adherence to local and national regulations.

The ideal candidate is a Certified Pollution Control Officer (PCO) with a strong background in EHS standards, risk management, and government reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and monitoring of EHS programs and initiatives in the facility.

  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure safety and environmental compliance.

  • Serve as the Pollution Control Officer, ensuring compliance with DENR, EMB, LLDA, and other relevant agencies.

  • Maintain updated environmental permits and submit required reports (e.g., SMR, CMR, hazardous waste manifests).

  • Investigate and report incidents, accidents, or environmental breaches with corrective and preventive action plans.

  • Facilitate employee training on safety, emergency response, and environmental protocols.

  • Oversee waste management, water/air quality control, and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related field.

  • Must be a Certified Pollution Control Officer (DENR-recognized training and certification).

  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in EHS roles, preferably in food manufacturing or related industries.

  • In-depth knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS) and Philippine environmental laws and regulations.

  • Strong leadership, documentation, and analytical skills.

  • With experience in regulatory liaison and government compliance.
