Job summary

Jollibee Worldwide Services - Logistics seeks an Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to implement safety and environmental procedures, audit compliance, and support ERT activities. You will coordinate trainings and drive action on findings to improve safety performance.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, 2+ years in EHS, and accredited safety certifications; Bicutan, Parañaque assignment is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in environmental and safety regulations and emergency response.
• Accredited PCO and Level 2 Safety Officer certification.
• Electrical safety hands-on experience; willing to be assigned in Bicutan, Parañaque.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regular inspection and proper management of safety appliances, including fire extinguishers, emergency lights, and exit signs.
• Conduct routine safety and environmental audits and follow up on findings.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring EHS programs.
• Coordinate and facilitate EHS trainings.
• Support Emergency Response Team (ERT) and arrange additional trainings as needed.

Title: Environment, Health, & Safety (EHS) Specialist

The Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist will facilitate implementation of safety and environmental policies and procedures, including other systems that would enhance the safety and environmental performance of the organization.

• Ensure regular inspection and proper management of safety appliances, including fire extinguishers, emergency lights, and exit signs.
• Conduct routine safety and environmental audits and facilitate timely closure of findings.
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of EHS programs.
• Coordinate and facilitate EHS trainings.
• Conduct Basic Safety Orientations and Contractors' Orientations.
• Arrange additional trainings as required by the organization.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions related to accidents, incidents, audit findings, and observations.
• Support and respond to the needs and requirements of the Emergency Response Team (ERT).

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or any related course.
• At least 2 years of experience in Environmental and Safety regulations, Risk Management, and Emergency response, and Electrical Safety hands-on experience in a logistics or food manufacturing industry; experience from other industries are welcome to apply.
• Must be an accredited Pollution Control Officer (PCO) and Level 2 Safety Officer (SO) certification.
• Must have hands-on experience in Electrical Safety.
• Willing to be assigned in Bicutan, Parañaque.
