Kavi Philippines is seeking a Claims Processing Executive to contact patients, employers, medical representatives, and other responsible parties to gather information for collecting payments on complex claims. You will use end Client’s systems to verify documentation and support timely reimbursements.

Fresh graduates with strong English, attention to detail, and willingness to work on-site with evening shifts will receive full training and growth opportunities in US healthcare BPO.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• 0-2 years of work experience in US HC BPO preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

Aufgaben

• Contact end patients, employers and representatives in the US to gather information to complete the claim.
• Analyze and evaluate complex claims payments using end Client’s proprietary software, systems and tools.
• Enter data accurately using payer documentation to determine reimbursement status.
• Conduct timely telephone follow-up with payers and responsible parties to ensure documentation is received and reimbursements are prompt.
• Prepare correct complex claim initial bill packets or appeals with supporting documentation.
