Responsibilities

• Manage loan releases, payments, and cash flow reporting.
• Prepare journal entries for AFP, SSS, and Salary loan releases.
• Prepare loan vouchers, check vouchers, and process payments.
• Review expenses and billing for proper approvals and documentation.
• Reconcile daily cash flow and monthly Cash Flow vs Trial Balance.
• Support archive and turnover of check vouchers for records.
