TE Connectivity Ltd. in the Philippines seeks an experienced planning professional to drive demand and capacity analysis, production control, and inventory oversight across key projects, under the manager's direction.

You will review material supply, monitor MPS/MRP, manage PO releases, and collaborate with sales and global teams to ensure on-time delivery, cost control, and continuous improvement in a dynamic electronics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics or related field.
• 5+ years of planning and electronics industry experience.

Responsabilités

• Review demand, capacity, and production plans to meet delivery targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and update MRP to suppliers and planners.
• Oversee material supply and minimize downtime in production.
• Analyze backlog and root causes of late orders; coordinate issue resolution.
• Manage purchase orders to align with MPS and ensure timely releases.
• Collaborate with global teams on IBP demand and capacity planning.
• Identify LT reduction opportunities and keep SAP data accurate.
• Block inventory follow-up and RMA tracking for no-good stock.
