NTT DATA in Kapitolyo, Philippines, is seeking an entry-level Associate Network Engineer to support and maintain the network infrastructure.

You will assist in configuring devices, monitor performance and security, document configurations, and collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to implement upgrades and enhancements. This role offers learning opportunities and exposure to a global IT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Entry-level networking experience; familiarity with networking devices.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or JNCIA are beneficial.
• Basic knowledge of cloud networking (AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring and maintaining routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Support accurate network configurations aligned with best practices.
• Collaborate with the network team to monitor performance, availability, and security.
• Help identify and address network incidents to minimize downtime.
• Respond to and assist in resolving network problems and issues.
• Assist in troubleshooting connectivity issues and bottlenecks.
• Create and update technical documentation including diagrams and procedures.
• Collaborate with security to implement network security measures.
• Assist in planning and implementing network upgrades and improvements.
• Work with senior engineers to deploy patches and new technologies.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, support, and troubleshooting.
