Job summary

Lumos Global in the Philippines is hiring Entry-Level Marketing Executives to gain hands-on experience across experiential marketing, client representation, and sales development. You will not be stuck doing coffee runs or staring at spreadsheets; you will be actively involved in hands-on activities and live campaigns.

Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing Representation: Serve as the direct face of partner brands at live events and activations.

Event & Campaign Support: Assist in setup, coordinating, and executing daily outreach activities and promotions.
Professional Development: Participate in daily training on communication, campaign strategy, consumer psychology, and leadership.
Team Leadership (Progression Phase): Coach and mentor newer team members as you advance toward management track.
