Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance planning, and materials management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Crew in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment.
• Observe and follow safety procedures while working with electrical components.
• Participate in routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Support the Maintenance Planning team in developing and updating maintenance schedules.
• Help in tracking and documenting completed and upcoming maintenance tasks.
• Assist in analyzing maintenance data to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in reviewing and monitoring the availability of materials needed for maintenance activities.
• Participate in weekly materials inventory review and report preparation.
• Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure timely material replenishment.
• Assist in liaising with suppliers and vendors for procurement-related activities.
• Support in reviewing purchase requests and ensuring alignment with operational needs.
• Help in tracking orders and following up on deliveries to maintain workflow continuity.
