Qualifications

• Graduate of Law or holder of a double degree in Law and Business, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of legal documentation, contracts, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Review and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Assist with corporate compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports.
