Lifewood Data Technology Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Associate to support its legal, compliance, and business operations at Lifewood Building, Cebu IT Park, Cebu City, Philippines.

The role involves reviewing and drafting legal documents, assisting with regulatory requirements, and conducting research to support business activities in a collaborative environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and there are development programs offered.

Competenze

• Graduate of Law or holder of a double degree in Law and Business, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of legal documentation, contracts, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
