Job summary

Straive in the Philippines seeks a detail-oriented research assistant to support transaction research, reconcile multiple data sources, and monitor the performance of funds and competitors. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will benefit from strong English communication skills.

The role involves tracking venture capital, private equity, and other asset classes, reviewing regulatory filings, and maintaining up-to-date data for stakeholders and investors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform transaction research and reconcile numerous data sources.
• Examine performance of various funds/accounts from assets, investor interest and opportunities, and performance outlook.
• Monitor all available funds and their competitors within the industry.
• Keep track of venture capital, private equity, infrastructure, and real estate deals; note relevant information to aid in decision making.
• Review and analyze regulatory filings to ensure data for stakeholders and prospective investors is up to date.
• Update contact information and/or profiles on the client’s database/system.
