Job summary

MEC Networks Corporation in Quezon City is seeking a reliable Facilities Assistant to keep building operations running smoothly. You will perform routine civil, electrical, plumbing and carpentry tasks, repair or replace fixtures, and monitor key systems on-site at 307 MEC Centre.

Open to entry-level candidates with any trade-school background; training will be provided. You will work Mondays to Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and enjoy benefits including HMO coverage and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Open to entry-level candidates; training provided.
• Trade school graduation is a strong advantage.
• Practical knowledge in basic electrical, plumbing and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine civil, electrical, plumbing, minor carpentry tasks and fixtures repairs.
• Monitor key facilities and equipment according to SOPs.
• Support external contractors, tenants and team members as needed.
• Log day-to-day activities and completed work orders.
• Handle day-to-day facility requests to keep operations smooth.
